About Larry Wallace Jr.
Dr. Larry Wallace Jr., is a U.S. Army combat retiree elected as the first African-American Mayor of
Manor, Texas, a fast-growing suburb considered the most diverse city within Travis County. Larry is
known for his advocacy and hands-on involvement towards enhancing the health and wellness of not
just his community, but those surrounding him as well.
Given his background, experiences, and demonstrated accomplishments for the people, Larry has served
